Brent Tanner

Brent Tanner CMT, LMT, has several years of massage experience, including Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Therapeutic Massage, Prenatal Massage, and recently began training in Thai massage.
Brent is a Virginia Beach local, who grew up in the Kempsville area and is a graduate of Tallwood High School. He received his bachelors from Liberty University and pursued Massage and Hydrotherapy from The Florida School of Massage in Gainesville, Florida. After many years in restaurant management, he decided to follow his passion of helping people and started Loosen Up Massage in Virginia Beach in 2021.
Kristine R. Christoff
CMT, LMT
Kristine R. Christoff, CMT, LMT, is a seasoned massage therapist with 14 years’ experience, including therapeutic massage, Thai massage (since 2017), and Ashiatsu massage (since 2019).
Kristine graduated from Centura College and has owned her own massage business in Virginia Beach, since 2011,
Kristine has a loyal client base who mostly prefer Ashiatsu, a barefoot massage well-known as a powerful tool for deep tissue massage, compression and fascia work. Ashiatsu combines three holistic massage therapies into one, reducing chronic pain and improving flexibility, with no residual soreness and longer lasting effects.
